Return Policy

All sales are final.

Because each item is custom-made just for you, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit. Every order is created based on the details you provide and approve before production begins.

Please make sure all information is correct before placing your order. Once your item goes into production, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Custom Artwork:
Custom designs are typically completed within 5–7 business days, unless stated otherwise.

Party Favors:
Party favors are also completed based on your need-by date. For best results and timely delivery, orders should be placed 1–2 weeks in advance of your event.

Please Note:
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once all required details and photos have been received, your design will go into production. You will receive a proof to review and are allowed up to 2 revisions.

Any revisions beyond the initial two will require an additional $15 fee per revision. Please review your proof carefully for any spelling or wording errors before approving.

You can send your photos by replying directly to your order confirmation email or by emailing them to prettigraphix@gmail.com.

Please include your order number in the subject line so your photos can be matched with your order.

Each order includes up to 3 photos.

Make sure your images are clear and high quality for the best results.

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Colors may appear slightly different in person than they do on your screen. Every phone, tablet, and computer displays colors differently, so exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

I do my best to make sure all product photos are as accurate and true to color as possible, but slight variations may occur.
