Our standard turnaround time for custom design work is 7-10 business days. You will receive a proof via email for review before the design is finalized.

You can upload any required images or details when placing your order. If you experience issues with the upload, you can email your images and order number to prettygraphixco@gmail.com.
4. Can I request changes after seeing the design proof?
Yes, you may request revisions after reviewing the design proof. Minor adjustments are included in your order. Extensive changes may incur an additional fee and could extend the timeline.

6. How long does shipping take once the design is complete?
Once the design is approved and printed, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times may vary based on USPS schedules.

NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR CANCELLATIONS. As each order is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
